1. What does the registration fee include?
    The registration fee of INR 6,500 + GST will only include a lunch buffet, and high tea on both days of the conference at the Taj Mahal Palace.
  2. What all is covered under HUII Financial Aid Programme?
    The HUII Financial Aid Programme only covers up to full delegate registration fees (INR 6,500 + GST). Your need for financial aid does not have any impact on the decisions of your delegate application.
  3. What is the eligibility to apply for this conference?
    There isn’t any specific eligibility. However, the typical age of our delegates is between 18-28 years.
  4. What are the options for accommodations?
    HUII team is working extremely hard to partner with accommodation options available in close proximity to the venue and negotiate a lower price for our delegates, however, you are free to choose your own accommodation. The list of accommodations will be shared to all our accepted delegates soon.
  5. How do I confirm my spot for the conference?
    If you are selected, you will be required to pay the requested delegate fees to confirm your spot. On successful payment, myHUII will reserve your spot automatically. Once all spots have been occupied, the system will automatically disable the link to payment.
  6. Are we going to get a certificate post-conference?
    You will be required to confirm your attendance on the day of the conference. After the closing ceremony, a feedback form will be shared on myHUII. On successful submission of the feedback, a digital certificate with a verifiable tag (your Delegate ID) will be automatically issued and will be made available on the dashboard of myHUII. The validity of the certificate will be lifetime and can be verified on https://verify.huii.in
